But there will be times where things can get rough to the point where you are ready to throw in the towel. That’s why you always need something that will keep you motivated during tough times. Whether it’s going to the gym to get rid of some stress, or working towards starting up your business, or working towards that promotion you wanted for a long time.
For example, I remember being on a 90 day performance contract at my current job in order to be promoted. Even though my manager was willing to promote me, I felt like I’ve already proved myself, so me and him clashed a lot behind this. To make matters worse, I was going through a breakup with my ex girlfriend along with her moving out of the place we rented.
As things got worse at home, I had to find an outlet that would let me clear my mind and let off some steam. Luckily for me, one of friends was a cycling instructor so I used to go to his class to get in shape. That really helped me focus and even my ex saw the change in the way I looked and in my attitude. Moral of the story is I got the promotion after I found an outlet to get rid of the stress in my life.
So remember kings, staying motivated when things are rough build toughness and character. It’s very important to find an outlet that you can clear your mind and get rid of stress. Tough times don’t last, only tough people do.
