You might have put on too much weight and don’t like how you look. When it comes to hitting the reset button in your life, just know that it’s going to be all on you. What I mean by that is if you want to see change in your life, you have to do the things that are necessary to make it happen. For example, whenever you want to hit the reset button, you should plan it out accordingly.
Push yourself by setting goals that you want to meet by a certain timeframe. You also want to make sure that these goals are reasonable and not something that is going to be super hard to make. Another big thing that you should want to do after a reset is align yourself with people that have the life that you want. Whether that person is successful with work, women, weight loss, etc.
You should want to be around people who have been successful in the things that you are currently trying to get better at. Also, you always want to tell yourself to take it one day at a time. Remember that this is a marathon not a sprint and the only person you are competing with is yourself.
So remember kings, there is nothing wrong with hitting the reset button when you want to change your life. Regardless of what might have caused this reset, just know that only you can be the change you want to be. Like I said above, remember to take things one day at a time because this is a marathon not a sprint. Just know that you are not in competing with no one but yourself.
